About

HISTORY

The Employee Rights and Safety Unit was established in July 2010. 1 administrative personnel serves in the unit.

LOCATION AND CAPACITY

The Employee Rights and Safety unit is located on the B-D block corridor.

The unit;

  1. Accepts requests and complaints.
  2. Evaluates applications, reports and archives them.
  3. Provides feedback to applicants by ensuring the initiation of necessary regulatory/preventive activities.
  4. Ensures that violence incidents are reported to the Ministry White Code Unit, and simultaneously transmits the incident to the institution's legal unit.
  5. Closely monitors practices related to employee rights and safety.
  6. Reports the monthly work form every month and sends it to Konya Provincial Health Directorate.
  7. Convenes the employee rights and safety committee and serves as its secretariat.
  8. Conducts procedures related to service withdrawal requests.
  9. Implements employee satisfaction surveys.
