HISTORY
The Hospital Salary Accrual unit started operating with the establishment of our hospital. In our unit, 1 Deputy Director and 5 personnel provide services.
LOCATION AND CAPACITY
Service is provided with 5 desks in an area of approximately 35 m2. It is responsible for making and monitoring the salaries of hospital personnel (civil servants receiving salaries from revolving fund and general budget), revolving fund additional payments, night duty fees, promotion differences, allowances and other personnel rights.
- Making employees' monthly salaries, checking with the relevant accounting directorate and transferring to their accounts.
- Making promotion differences for promoted personnel and forwarding to the accounting directorate.
- Making revolving fund additional payments and ensuring their transfer to personnel accounts.
- Reflecting the wear compensation of personnel working exposed to radiation to monthly and year-end retirement deductions.
- Obtaining and approving personnel transfer forms during employee assignments.
- Preparing union deduction lists and transferring them to relevant unions.
- Making temporary duty allowances.
- Making permanent duty allowances.
- Making deductions from enforcement offices and depositing them to relevant enforcement offices.
- Processing newly appointed and departing personnel.
- Processing employees' retirement procedures. Sending monthly retirement deductions to SGK.
- Calculating and fulfilling employees' retroactive receivables.
- Making night duty and on-call fees.
