PERMANENT WORKER HUMAN RESOURCES

The following duties are carried out regarding Personnel with Permanent Worker Status Subject to Labor Law No. 4857:

  • Ensuring the completion of documents that newly started personnel must complete, providing institutional orientation, confirming insurance entry with the permanent worker salary accrual unit, writing the starting letter to the Rectorate and filing a copy in the personnel file,
  • Terminating the relationship of personnel leaving work, confirming insurance exit with the permanent worker salary accrual unit, writing the exit letter to the Rectorate,
  • Getting approval from the Rectorate for personnel to use unpaid leave during military service and writing the starting letter upon return from military service,
  • Following up personnel enforcement, confirming the deductions made/to be made with the permanent worker salary accrual unit,
  • Daily approval of reports received by personnel from the SGK visit entry system,
  • Daily monitoring of personnel lists and recording all kinds of transactions related to personnel in the system,
  • Following up the reports received by personnel and processing them monthly to payroll and confirming payroll with the permanent worker salary accrual unit at the end of the month,
  • Monitoring personnel annual leave, overtime, daily hourly leaves and filing them in personnel files,
  • Organizing the work schedule of employees in our unit,
  • Monitoring the personnel face reading/card reading system and issuing ID cards to newly started personnel, renewing broken and lost cards,
  • Monitoring EDMS opening, closing and password change procedures,
  • Monitoring petitions for maternity leave, milk leave, part-time work, unpaid leave and partial-time work of those who will go on maternity leave, have left and returned from leave, and reporting to the Rectorate,
  • Preparing duty certificates upon the request of resigned and currently working personnel,
  • Monthly organization and archiving of personnel files and other document files, up-to-date monitoring of differences in personnel declarations in accordance with written declarations,
  • Requesting written defense in accordance with the minutes kept for personnel, ensuring that it is discussed in the Disciplinary Board and the result is notified to the personnel,
  • Regular monitoring of all internal and external correspondence from the EDMS system and doing what is necessary,
  • Monitoring working disabled personnel, monitoring changes in disability rates,
  • Writing in-hospital and institutional assignment letters,
  • Organizing abroad leaves,
  • Entering personnel data up-to-date into the Ministry of Health Personnel Tracking System,
  • Monitoring the legal procedures of personnel,
  • Updating changes related to family status notification,
  • Monitoring the social rights of personnel (death, marriage, military service) to be assisted according to the Collective Labor Agreement and reporting to the permanent worker salary accrual unit,
  • Fulfilling other duties of similar nature to be given by laws and higher authorities.
