Patient Rights Unit
Selçuk University Medical Faculty Hospital Patient Rights Unit started to provide services in May 2010. Our patients can apply to the unit where Patient Rights practices are carried out via electronic mail, telephone, complaint boxes and personal application.
The problems submitted to the unit are primarily tried to be resolved on site as much as possible, and the results of all applications evaluated by the Patient Rights Board consisting of 8 people are notified to the applicant by registered mail with return receipt.
All complaints, suggestions and thanks reaching the unit are evaluated and the information obtained in this direction is used in the development of hospital services in order to provide a better quality service to our patients.
