EXAMINATION PROCESS

APPOINTMENT BOOKING
Patients must schedule appointments online or through other appointment booking methods for the relevant outpatient clinic. Patients who cannot attend their appointment must cancel it 1 day in advance.

PATIENT REGISTRATION
Patients must complete registration with their ID card, driver's license, or passport 30 minutes before their appointment time at the relevant outpatient clinic. Patients who do not complete registration cannot be examined.

EXAMINATION
Patients are carefully examined by specialist physicians when their turn comes. After examination, diagnosis is made and treatment begins. The physician may request necessary tests based on the patient's condition.

LAB PROCESS
Patients apply to the relevant laboratory department according to the type of test. Test results can be tracked online. Test results appear in the requesting physician's system after the results are released.

LAB RESULTS
After the test results are ready, patients must reapply to the outpatient clinic where they were examined to begin the evaluation of test results.

EXAMINATION RESULT
After all processes are completed, the specialist physician decides whether the patient's treatment will continue as outpatient outside the hospital, as inpatient in the hospital, or whether surgical procedures should begin.
